Returns
We want you and your cat to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 15 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Items must be in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Used cat beds
• Used scratching posts
• Opened grooming or hygiene products
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).
